HR & Recruiters, Use Social Media to Up the Ante.

There are three major social networks that you should be considering for recruiting and if you need help additionally with strategy or why they are helpful feel free to use me as a resource.

• Twitter -Great to connect with people, check bios, what people are talking about, and great way to keep in touch. Also connect this to your Facbook profile.
• LinkedIn - I'm sure you already know about this one, but it is a processional business network. Like a miniature online resume. If you find anyone in my contacts you would like to be introduced to, let me know.
• Facebook Ads, and connect your blog to your account. Also join the visa business network on Facebook. If you would like to keep your personal profile separate from recruitting, make a business profile.
