Be willing to risk the wrath of the people you want to teach

Be willing to risk the wrath of the people you are trying to teach in order to reach them and many more people. You don't always need to conform to everyone elses ideas but you do need to be kind, humble and even affectionate for other people. Allow even the most socially ackward people to be a conduate for the messages you need to learn in order to grow as a person and a leader. Gold and rubies may be pretty and eye catching, but those styles do not get people to like you or follow you. Kindness and hospitality will.
