Beating the Odds and Reaching for the Stars but Know When to Walk Away

The title is frankly cliche and cheesy, I know. I love cheesy. I love when people actually TRY to do the things they want out of life, rather then wishing, hoping and praying for them.  You can ask me for all the help you want in your business and I can play my part but if you, the business owner, you are not doing your part then the whole plan will fail miserably.

Saying No

When someone asks you to build them a site for free, say no, unless it's your dad or bfff (Best F*&^ing Friends Forever). If an entrepreneur or CEO asks you to invest your time, money and energy into their marketing or web design and they are not willing to invest, say no. Even if they tell you they will pay you back once the business takes off and your marketing pays off, definitely say no. If someone else is not willing to invest in their own company, why should you? Companies take a lot of time, work and money to kick off and be successful, so my best advice for you if you are faced with someone requesting free services is to run from the cheap-o while you still can.

As always you are more then welcome to use any of my content, repost it, rewrite it, and broadcast it all I ask is that you link back to where you found it (http://interactivemedias.blogspot.com)
