We've all heard that actions speak louder than words, so what are yours saying? Does your outfit, demeanour and smile say "hello I am here to get down to business and make money?"
What is your brand or company saying? Your voice is much more then your words it's the essence of your existence. The voice of your brand represents the look, feel, and vibe you want to portray. The vibe you give off attracts a certain type of client. Remember you are who your friends are.
The actions you take are like pictures, they are worth 1,000 words. Good and bad word of mouth can turn viral like wild fire. Support and surround yourself with knowledgeable people, research, a strategy, quantifyable data, and be sure to study your competitors. Their is so much information we can learn from understanding the past. It's much less painful to learn from someone else's mistake (and cheaper too).
Your goals should lead your actions. Whatever your goals are base the off that research i just told you to do. Research in books, blogs, Twitter search, Facebook groups, forums and your competitors good traits and pit falls. Then once you set goals make yourself a list of actionable items that lead towards those goals. It's ok to start small or big but be prepared for the work involved and don't back down.
