What is a Blogroll? [Desaraev | Agency Couture]

A blogroll is a list of links to blogs that the blogger likes. You can categorize a blogroll on your site or blog's sidebar. If a blogger adds you to their blog it is an unwritten etiquette rule for you to simply reciprocate in your own blogroll if you have one. If a blogger has a large fan base consider them practically celebrity and they may not reciprocate. Are you a blogger or part of a blogroll? Who are your favorite bloggers?

Blogging Traffic Boosters
Each blogroll that your listed in may drive their readers traffic to your own site and vise versa. If a blogger writes about you that is even better direct publicity. Blogrolls also count towards your link building tactics for SEO and will positively effect  your Google page rank or Technorati authority. A great second step is for you to comment on any sites that talk about you or similar topics. Each comment can be read just like that persons blog is being read.
