Ever wondered why so many people's webinars, blogs, and speeches seem similar? How about the obvious either everyone is correct OR one person did the research and EVERYONE else watched there original speech, book, or webinar and edited to suit the parts they agree with take out the parts they don't. Now this isn't necessarily a bad thing (if they actually know what they are talking about and not just regurgitating verbatum someone else's ideas, but really ADDING something to the conversation). On the other hand its great that everyone is trying to help out and teach others, but its your job to determine whether or not those people are notible or copy-cat flukes. I'm not saying that I didn't get some of my ideas from someone else (that would be a lie) I went to school, I go to TONS of networking events, read tons of blogs, and watch hundreds of webinars, but I also work and contribute what I have learned. So next time you are sending some information out into this world ask yourself this: am I notable? Did I add anything to the conversation? I hope so, and I hope that you think I am too.

Adding a little something extra in a world full of non-sensical talk.
