Chris Brogan wrote this post last week, The Assault On Anywhen, and I couldn't agree with it more. It's been on my mind for a long time, but never knew how to broach the subject. It talks about how people expect everything in two minutes and how ridiculous that is. Granted, for anyone who works for me and I want shit now, it's because you have schedules and due dates and if you are getting closed to them... well then you should know why I'm being pushy and pissed. I hate micro-managing and don't like being micro-managed. The only time I think that is necessary is if you don't get your shit done.
Sorry for the crabby post, but do you agree? Do we all just need a chill pill? Lay off the red bull and Mt. Dew lunches. I'm the first to tell anyone how important good communication is, but let us face it, there is a point where everyone is going over board. Way to bring this up Brogan.
