- Denial (this isn't happening to me!)
- Anger (why is this happening to me?)
- Bargaining (I promise I'll be a better person if...)
- Depression (I don't care anymore)
- Acceptance (I'm ready for whatever comes)
book, Love Miracles and Medicine by Bernie Seigal, the author writes, "Unconditional love is the most powerful stimulant of the immune system. The truth is: love heals. Miracles happen to exceptional patients every day--patients who have the courage to love, those who have the courage to work with their doctors to participate in and influence their own recovery."
If love can heal us and empower us then human interaction is far more powerful then we give it credit for. Brands digging deeper into the soul and empowering their employees to connect to clients on a real human level by teaching them passion, integrity and communication skills will rock 2010.
