Getting Down and Dirty by Desaraev

I LOVE having a clean house. My house may not always be as perfect as some of my friend's houses, but it is normally fairly put together. Their is just something nice about having shiny surfaces glimmering back at me and I like knowing that everything has a place that it belongs in. Unfortunately, for as much as I love a clean house, I hate cleaning or touching toilets. I find them vile, gross, disgusting and any other synonym for those words you can think of. Stick with me, I do have a point and a moral to this story.

Are you a leader in your company, school, or professional organization? What is the dirtiest job, that one thing no one else want to do? What is stopping you from completing that task? If it's pride I can't help you. For me, in having a completely clean house, my obstacle was I hate touching a toilet and the cure was for me to buy those glamorous rubber gloves you see in my picture. The story may seem dumb but the point holds true in business. If you are a leader be willing to get down and dirty. Lead the way by serving people. Do the job no one else wants to do, don't just stand around and watch other people then call yourself a supervisor.
