Thanks to Twitter friend, Thomas Webster, I recently discovered basekit.com and its powerful web design capabilities. I'm still new to BaseKit and can't promise that the programming will be up to web standards. I also can't promise that the sites are programmed for every browser but it's an interesting option for designers who don't know how to program. Even if you do work for a company full of programmers I can see using BaseKit.com to upload your designs and show off the sites as a wire frame.
BaseKit.com is currently in invitation only beta, but you can sign up for their waiting list at BaseKit.com.
